Get Fit with PTSD Resolution, Raise Money and Walk Round the World!

Make your exercise help others along the way

Take steps for PTSD Resolution and challenge yourself, your friends, colleagues, families and children to take part in PTSD Resolution's Walk Round the World (WRTW) and raise funds for former Service men and women and their families who are struggling from the trauma of conflict and help them get back to a normal life.

We are collectively aiming to walk or run as many kilometres as possible in order to achieve a circumnavigation of the world, or even better, multiple trips around the world!

Choose a target distance over a period of time, and get your friends to sponsor you online via Just Giving – we can set the page up for you if required.

As an example your intention might be to walk an average of 5kms a day, every day for a year, totalling a grand 1825kms, or you may want to walk 3kms a day for a month.

You may wish to challenge yourself as an individual or get a team together and walk right the way around the world between you– the choice is yours!!

Your steps and mileage can be recorded in many ways, on a Walk Logger app, pedometer, Garmin watch or Fitbit.

A great way to start - PTSD Resolution needs runners to help raise charity funds at events we've booked.

We rely on donations to provide free therapy for UK Forces' Veterans, which has a 78% success rate. (We have no salaried staff or assets: funds are used to pay for therapy treatments by our nationwide network of accredited therapists).
