Nicole is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and former PR Professional of the Year, with expertise in Board level communications and marketing. At National Express Group plc she was personally responsible for creating a permanent 60% coach travel discount for all serving forces personnel (used by over 100,000 men and women to date). She is a volunteer and committee member for SSAFA (regional), fundraising advisor to Bound by Veterans and The Allied Special Forces Memorial Grove.
