PTSD Resolution Releases 10-Year Impact Report, Supporting the Forces’ Veterans Community
PTSD Resolution, a leading UK charity for military-related post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health issues, has published its 10-Year Impact Report (2014-2023). It sets out the contributions to the well-being of some 4,000 people in the military community, through a network of 200 therapists, detailing the impact of the programme and the responsible stewardship of donor funds. Over the past decade, the charity has expanded its reach, with innovative initiatives like social support post-therapy and Trauma Awareness Training for Employers (TATE). These programmes have seen the charity extend its help beyond direct therapeutic support, contributing to broader societal understanding of PTSD, and fostering more supportive work environments for those affected. PTSD Resolution’s latest report shows that for every £1 invested in fundraising, PTSDR generates £18 for the charitable cause. Furthermore, an exceptional 93% of spending directly supports charitable activities, underlining the efficient use of donations to make a difference in the lives of those affected by PTSD. |
"The impact report confirms our delivery of free, prompt, local and effective help to the veterans’ community and their families," said Charles Highett, the charity CEO. "We've been able to deliver meaningful, personalised support to some 4,000 beneficiaries, all thanks to the unwavering support of our donors and partners." PTSDR’s 10-Year Impact Report is available for download on its website, offering an in-depth look into a decade of transformational work.
