Please note that our complaints procedure is as follows:
The Licensee tries to resolve the complaint.
Complainant should be given a copy of the Society’s complaints procedures at the time of the complaint is made.
If that fails, it is referred to Lottery England Ltd on 07972 921899.
If that fails, it is referred to PTSD Resolution, email@example.com
If we are unable to resolve your issues, you can complain to IBAS. IBAS is the Independent Betting Adjudication Service and acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between betting/gambling operators and their customers after they have been through the operator's own internal dispute procedures and if a deadlock exists.
