"In 2007, I was shot while on tour in Afghanistan. After this event, I began to experience panic attacks, had difficulty sleeping and often had nightmares. I had high levels of stress, both at home and at work. I decided to go and see my GP who prescribed medication and sent me to a place called Coleman House for therapy every 2 weeks. But this didn't work and a friend recommended that I call PTSD Resolution. "I found PTSD Resolution's approach to treatment was very different because it was one-to-one and I felt very relaxed throughout. The result is that I feel calmer and the guilt I felt has disappeared. I'm doing more with my family and I can go out without feeling panic and stress.
