Who we are,

PTSD Resolution is a UK charity that provides free mental health support for veterans, reservists, and their families struggling with trauma from military service or other life challenges. Our network of 200 accredited therapists delivers confidential, one-on-one sessions to relieve symptoms like flashbacks, nightmares, and depression—helping clients rebuild work and family life.

Our program complements other services, reaching those unable to get help elsewhere, including work in prisons and with individuals facing alcohol or drug issues. We operate with no salaried staff, ensuring donations directly fund therapy and outreach. The service is not a crisis line, but for veterans ready to engage, PTSD Resolution offers effective, compassionate care to support lasting recovery.
