What the report covers

A year of growth

The charity treated a record 592 clients in 2025, up 29% from 460 in 2024, with new referrals up 25% from 405 the previous year. More than 60% of clients are now referred through partner organisations.

Independent research confirms outcomes

A 2025 peer-reviewed evaluation published in Occupational Medicine found 82% of clients had a planned ending, compared with 54% in NHS IAPT services, and a 79% combined reliable improvement rate for anxiety and depression, exceeding both England-level IAPT (67%) and veteran-level IAPT (68%).

Building bridges through partnership

New Memoranda of Understanding with organisations including Bridge for Heroes and The Poppy Factory, alongside work with Thrive Together South East and Veterans Outreach Support, are extending referral pathways and family support across the UK.

Reaching further

The charity has treated 38 veterans living overseas, supported in over 20 locations worldwide, and is extending its work into the justice system, including new introductions at HMP Low Moss and HMP Shotts in Scotland.

PTSD Resolution achieved excellent value for money in 2025, with 592 clients treated at a total expenditure of £363,165, of which 92.5% was spent directly on charitable objectives.
