This December, we are marking a landmark moment: PTSD Resolution has now helped 5,000 veterans, reservists and family members find their way back from trauma. Every single one received free, confidential treatment, delivered usually within days of making contact.
During Big Give Week, every pound you donate is matched. Just £455 from you becomes a full £910 treatment course. Help us treat the next five.
Every day, veterans, reservists and their families carry the invisible weight of PTSD, anxiety and depression long after leaving service. PTSD Resolution provides rapid, effective mental health treatment that gets results. 82% of clients complete their programme, achieving a 79% reliable improvement rate and a 66% recovery rate for PTSD cases, all at just £910 per therapy course.

How Match Funding Works
We are taking part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge, where every pound donated during Big Give Week is matched by one of The Big Give's funding partners, instantly doubling your contribution. For example:
- You donate £50: PTSD Resolution receives £100
- You donate £100: PTSD Resolution receives £200
- You donate £455: PTSD Resolution receives £910, funding one complete treatment course

Our Goal: 50 More Veterans Treated This December
We need to raise £22,750, matched to £45,500, during Big Give Week to fund treatment for 50 veterans, reservists and family members currently waiting for help. That is ten groups of five people, each group needing just five supporters to donate £455 to make it happen.
