Start Your Path to Recovery
Reaching out is a sign of strength. PTSD Resolution offers fast, confidential access to therapy through a simple registration process. We support serving and former members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, British Army, Royal Air Force, Reserve Forces, and their families.
If you have served for at least one day in the Armed Forces you are eligible for support, even if you were never deployed or served overseas.
How It Works
Call us on 0300 302 0551 or register online using our secure referral form.
We'll carry out a short assessment to understand your needs and find you the right support.
A local therapist will be matched with you — usually within a few days.
Begin your therapy sessions at a time that works best for you.

Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy:
- Your personal data is secured in line with UK data protection laws.
- Information is shared only with your assigned therapist.
- We never share your details with third parties without your explicit consent.
- Your participation in therapy is kept strictly confidential.

The mental health charity Mind has information on ways to help yourself cope during a crisis. This includes calming exercises and a tool to get you through the next few hours.
