Register for Help

Start Your Path to Recovery

Reaching out is a sign of strength. PTSD Resolution offers fast, confidential access to therapy through a simple registration process. We support serving and former members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, British Army, Royal Air Force, Reserve Forces, and their families.

If you have served for at least one day in the Armed Forces you are eligible for support, even if you were never deployed or served overseas.

How It Works

·       Register online using the secure form below:

·       Our Response: We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours during our working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).

·       First session: Usually scheduled within 3 weeks

·       Beginning Therapy: Your therapist will explain the process and answer any questions

Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

·       Your personal data is secured in line with UK data protection laws.

·       Information is shared only with your assigned therapist.

·       We never share your details with third parties without your explicit consent.

·       Your participation in therapy is kept strictly confidential.

PTSD Resolution is not a crisis service. For urgent mental health support, contact:

·      If you live in Scotland, you can call Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87.  The Breathing Space phoneline is available 24 hours at weekends (6pm Friday to 6am Monday), and 6pm to 2am on weekdays (Monday to Thursday).

•    If you feel your life and safety, or someone else’s life and safety, is at risk, call 999. A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a physical one. You will not be wasting anyone's time.

The mental health charity Mind has information on ways to help yourself cope during a crisis. This includes calming exercises and a tool to get you through the next few hours.
