By MH, Service in Iraq.
"I served with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary in the 1980s and saw active duty during the Gulf War. Following this service, I left the forces and set up my own haulage business. However, I developed pneumonia and, shortly after, was diagnosed with M.E. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. But I have also experienced symptoms outside of this diagnosis. As a result, I was referred to PTSD Resolution by the National Gulf Veterans and Family Association. PTSD Resolution then set me up with a therapist who diagnosed me with PTSD. This explained my other symptoms and I was able to start treatment straightaway."
