"Between April and June 2015, I had six sessions of therapy through PTSD Resolution. I responded positively to this treatment, though there were barriers to success due to the physical problems caused by an underlying illness. That being said, the support provided by PTSD Resolution has really helped me to deal with my situation. "I really felt that my therapist listened to me and, as a result, the unwanted images and memories from my traumatic experiences have eased off. It was also very useful to learn from my therapist how the brain works and how it deals with trauma and pain. I am no longer using alcohol to numb my feelings and I am slowly reintroducing hobbies and activities, like golf, which I had previously avoided. My outlook has improved immensely and I now have the courage to interact with others. Without question, I would recommend this treatment to others.
