“I was guided towards PTSD Resolution by Op COURAGE, who triaged my case. I was, much sooner than expected, sat in front of a therapist.

“My aim in seeking help was to get back to how life felt before trauma began to trouble me, more than it ordinarily did. My closest relationships were bearing the unfair brunt of a changed man, on autopilot and non-emotional to the point of being robotic.

Behind closed doors, and in my head, I knew I needed help. I reached out to a close friend, who spoke with the voice of
experience - he advised me to seek help, but that I needed to be ready.

“Now, I only think I should have done this sooner. Throughout the sessions my therapist worked calmly and methodically, navigating through past trauma and life in general - and linking the two together.

“My therapist helped me to unpick past trauma, understand it and expose the triggers. I was given coping mechanisms and an amazing skill set to remedy flashbacks negatively impacting my life - and that of loved ones around me.

“As a result, there is no doubt that I am in a much better place in my own mind and in my relationships - and feeling better about life in general.

“I would recommend PTSD Resolution without hesitation. My advice is; if you are reading this and debating if you need treatment, you probably do. It isn’t a label, a tag or anything like that. It’s discreet. It’s a way to move on.”
