"In 2007, I was diagnosed with PTSD after dealing with a suicide incident in my role as a police officer. I received treatment through the police force but it wasn't effective because I knew there was an underlying issue. I suspect this dated from my army career in the 1980s. As a result, I had a breakdown in 2013. At this time, I hit my lowest point and felt totally isolated and helpless. "A few months later, I found about PTSD Resolution.
