"After attempting suicide, I sought help from PTSD Resolution. It only took three weeks to start my therapy and though I was apprehensive beforehand, I found the sessions engaging and educational. I learned, for example, how my mind reacts to certain situations and how making lifestyle changes can really help. The therapist also used pictures and props to explain the impact of my trauma and, again, this was really helpful. As such, I connected and felt comfortable with my therapist and our conversations often felt like friendly chit-chat, not like therapy sessions.
