"I have just completed therapy with PTSD Resolution while in prison and wanted to write a few words to explain how I have benefitted from these sessions. "When I met my therapist for the first session, my head was all over the place, there were so many things going on inside it. Although I'm a naturally positive person, I was also becoming very negative due to despondency and frustration. But, straightway, I found my therapist to be a very calming influence. We spent some time talking about my frustrations and what was going on in my life at that time. "As the sessions progressed, my therapist helped me to focus on the existing skills that I already had. By concentrating on these, alongside her help and advice, I've been able to get my life back on track and I'm in a much better place, overall. "I've already recommended PTSD Resolution to other veteran friends in the prison and, hopefully, they will get as much out of the sessions as I have."
