"I was injured on tour in Iraq in 2007 and was medically discharged in 2011. I got on ok until 2014 when I noticed that things were starting to get worse. I was given medication for anxiety from my local mental health service but they made me shake and feel worse than before. I could feel my heart racing and they put me to sleep which had a negative effect on my employment opportunities.
"Even with a new course of tablets, I still feel very sleepy but I am slowly coming off these. "Before I started my treatment with PTSD Resolution, I felt like I was all over the place. I had so many things going around my mind and I often thought of the past. Now, I can manage my thoughts, I don't let things pile up and I don't put myself in challenging situations anymore. I really am grateful for your help.
"PTSD Resolution even helped me with a legal matter last year by sending a letter to the court to explain my situation and state of mind. This really made an impact and prevented things from turning out horribly. "The treatment has also helped me to take control of my life. I have put weight on, I'm making better choices and my relationship with my girlfriend has improved. I am really changing for the better and my anger is improving all the time. I am really grateful to PTSD Resolution for all your help."
